Overview

Role: 

Salary: €28k to €32k depending on level / experience.

Benefits: Fully expensed company vehicle, phone & laptop. Company pension.

Locations: Client sites nationwide but primarily in Midlands

Hours: 9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

Overtime: Occasional (paid or time-in-lieu).

Holidays: 20-days per annum. Required: Now.

Individual:

Must have MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN / ENGINEER

Must be self-starter and capable of working on their own initiative but also enjoy working as part of a team.

Must have excellent time management skills.

Must have very strong diagnostic & troubleshooting ability.

Must have good telephone manner and strong communication skills (verbal & written).

Must have experience of working with call / ticket logging systems.

Must have full clean driving license.

Must have fluent English and relevant work permits for EU.

Skills:

Strong Microsoft desktop & server OS.

Strong networking knowledge (routers / switches / firewalls etc.).

Strong hardware knowledge (desktop & server).

Strong knowledge of cloud technologies.

Familiar with email / database technologies (Exchange / MS-SQL etc.).

Familiar with virtualisation technologies.
